1. I exported a record to a CSV (or my CRM) from the Slintel Dashboard. Will I be charged a credit if I export the same again?
No. When you export a record to your CRM, you’re charged 1 credit/record. Now, if you export this same record again, you will not be charged any credit because you've already been charged once.
Similarly, if anyone from your team (any user ID from the same domain) exports the record again to the CRM, no credits will be charged to your teammate too since exports to the CRM are calculated at a domain level and not a user level.
2. I exported a record to a CSV from the Slintel Dashboard. Will I be charged a credit if I export the same again?
No, you will not be charged a credit if you download the same record via CSV from the dashboard.
However, if someone from your team (any user ID from the same domain) exports the same record via CSV, they will be charged a credit for the duplicate record.
3. I tried to enrich a record from Slintel Dashboard into my Salesforce. But I discovered the same information already existed in my SFDC. Will I be charged a credit for this?
No. If you try to enrich a record in your CRM but Slintel does not have any additional information beyond what already exists in your CRM, no credits will be deducted.
4. I created a list and exported 500 records to my Hubspot for a marketing campaign last week. My teammate exported the same list accidentally today. Will we be charged 500 credits again?
No. Slintel Dashboard Credits will be deducted only the first time you export a list. Exporting the same list of records to Hubspot or Salesforce via Slintel first-party integrations will not cost you credits each time.
However, if you redownload the same set of records as a CSV, unless you select the option for “Exlude past exports” you will be charged a credit per record again for the same lead.
5. I exported some records into my Hubspot/SFDC directly from the Chrome Extension but I see no Chrome Extension credits have been used. What happened?
Chrome Extension credits are deducted if you unlock the personal information (phone number, email address, or both) of a person, exporting unlocked data from the Chrome extension does not charge you any credits since you’re already being charged for the unlock.
6. I believe I was wrongly charged a credit. How can I get it reversed?
