Introducing all these new features for our Salesforce Integration:

  1. Faster push for up to 25 records from CE and Dashboard: Slintel will use Rest API's for pushing 25 or less records reducing the time to exports records to under 1 min

  1. New configuration for contact and account pushes: Now while pushing contacts you can

  • Choose if you want to push contact with or without an account

  • Create an orphan contact if the account push fails

  1. Enhanced duplicate detection logic - We have enhanced logic to check for duplicates before pushing the data to Salesforce. Slintel will check for duplicates in the below order

  • Lead/Contact

    • Slintel Id

    • Email Id

    • Linkedin URL (exact match If mapped)

    • First Name + Last Name+ Company Website (all exact matches)

    • First Name + Last Name+ Company Name (all exact match)

  • Company

    • Slintel Company Id

    • Website (Exact match) + Name (partial match)

    • Linkedin URL of Company (exact match if mapped)

  1. New history page for Salesforce exports with additional data points

  • Total credits consumed for the Job

  • Total SF API calls consumed by the Job

  • Displaying export Source for the Job (Chrome Extension or Dashboard)

  • Separate jobs for an Account in case of contact-account export for better visibility into APIs and credits consumed

  • Introducing Salesforce Update jobs on the History page under the "Update" tab. This will include the history of update jobs if the update is enabled for exported and enriched records.

  • Skipped - Records that were not pushed to Salesforce. This could either be because of no net new update or a prerequisite not being met. For example, while pushing contacts with accounts, if the account push is unsuccessful to Salesforce, we will skip the Contact push too as there will missing data.

  1. Enhanced credit management

  • Now, credit deductions for pushing records to Salesforce will be at a domain level. This means that if one user from your team has pushed a record to Salesforce, we will not deduct credits if another user from your team performs the same action.

  • Credits deduction optimization- Credits will be deducted for records that are either newly created in Salesforce or if there is net-new information updated on an existing record.
