In this article, you will learn how to discover leads by uploading a CSV of companies. 

  1. First, you need to create a Company smart list; you can learn how to do that here. If you have a Smart List in place, move along to Step #2.

  2. Click on the Lists tab on your Slintel dashboard. Next, select the Lead Smart List that you have created. 


  1. Under Discover leads by uploading a CSV either drag and drop a CSV file with the data, or click Upload.

 

Note: To understand the kind of data that must be included in the CSV, click on Sample CSV. The CSV should contain: company_domain and company_name.

 

  1. Once the CSV has been uploaded, click Next


  1. Make sure the Slintel Field is correctly mapped to the CSV Field. Click Next


  1. Next, you have a set of filters at your disposal. The first two fields: Discover total of and Not more than are mandatory fields; the rest are optional. 

 

The filters you can use are the following: 

 

  1. Discover total of __ leads [MANDATORY FIELD]

  2. And not more than __ leads [MANDATORY FIELD]

  3. Lead Division

  4. Lead Title

  5. Function

  6. Decision-Making Power

  7. Lead Location

  8. Email Availability

    1. Off: All Emails

    2. B: Emails with moderate confidence 

    3. A: Emails with an estimated 10-20% bounce rate

    4. A+: Emails with an estimated <10% bounce rate

  9. Leads with Direct Dials
            a. Off: All leads
            b. All: All leads with work and other phone numbers

   Once you are done selecting your filters, click Done.

 

7. You now have a smart list with newly discovered leads. You can use filters (on the left) to slice this smart list further. 

 

Note: Downloading this list or exporting it to a CRM will cost you 1 credit per lead.
