Once you’ve selected your filters and saved them, you can either push your records to a list, a CSV file or to your preferred CRM. Here, we will show you how to add records to a Smart List on the Slitnel platform.
Companies
To add your selected Companies to a Smart List, follow these steps:
Select your filters on the Companies tab. Here, we have selected the filter of “United States” under Company Location tab-> Location filter category, under the Companies tab. The results will automatically update with the filter criteria.
You can either:
Select the companies on the page manually, or
Select the companies you want to add to a Company Smart List by clicking on the selector. Here you can:
Select the entire page- 25 records
Select all records under this filter- Maximum of 50K records
Once you’ve selected the companies, click on Add to Smart List.
From the search, either:
Look for an existing Company Smart List
Create a new List by typing in the name you want to give the list, and click on “Create a New List”
Once done, click on “Add”.
You’ve successfully added records to a Company Smart List.
Leads
To add your selected Leads to a Smart List, follow these steps:
Select your filters on the Leads tab. Here, we have selected the filter of “CEO” under the Job Title filter, under Leads filter category, in the Leads tab. The results will automatically update with the filter criteria.
Select the companies you want to add to a Company Smart List by clicking on the selector. Here you can:
Select the entire page- 25 records
Select all records under this filter- Maximum of 50K records
Custom select how many leads you want to select, and additionally, select the number of leads you want from each individual company.
Once you’ve selected the companies, click on Add to Smart List.
From the search, either:
Look for an existing Lead Smart List
Create a new list by typing in the name you want to give the list, and click on “Create a New List”
Once done, click on “Add”.
You’ve successfully added records to a Lead Smart List.
