You can export prospect data from Slintel’s Chrome extension directly to Outreach. Let’s see how you can do it.
1. Unlock the email IDs and the phone numbers of the prospects of your choice from the Chrome extension.
2. Click Export. Please note that you can only export the data of those prospects who have either email ID or phone number unlocked. If a no email ID or phone number shows up after unlocking, that prospect data won’t be exported.
3. Select Outreach from the drop-down menu.
4. You can add the prospects to the sequence in Outreach directly from the Chrome extension by selecting the appropriate sequence name from the drop-down menu. Similarly, you can also add Tags. You can enter a maximum of three tags and a character limit of 250. Click Export.
5. Once you click Export, a notification will pop up indicating how many prospects will be pushed to Outreach. Click Export.
6. Once the prospects are successfully pushed to Outreach, you will get a notification on top stating that the prospects’ data has been successfully exported.
7. You can see the export history by clicking the Outreach icon on the top right of the Chrome extension.
8. This will take you to the dashboard where you can see all the previous exports.
9. You can download this data in a CSV file.
