What are Slintel credits?
Slintel credits are of two types:
Dashboard credits used on the Slintel platform
Chrome Extension credits used on the Slintel Chrome Extension
When are Slintel credits consumed?
For Slintel Dashboard Credits
A general rule of thumb is 1 record = 1 credit
Which means
Enriching a record costs you 1 credit
Exporting a record to a CSV or a CRM costs you 1 credit
For Slintel Chrome Extension credits
It costs 1 credit to unlock a person’s contact information
The credit will be charged if we have information for either of their phone numbers, email address, or both together
Are there any exceptions to credit usage? When are Slintel credits not consumed?
For Slintel Dashboard users, no credits will be deducted on the platform in the following situations:
You have exported the same record earlier in a CSV or pushed it to a CRM
The record has been previously enriched in a CRM
You’re trying to enrich a record that Slintel doesn’t have any additional information for
You’re exporting a record that already exists in your CRM and Slintel doesn’t have any additional/new information
You upload a list of companies/leads to a Smart List to enrich. Credits are only charged when you export these enriched records.
CRM exceptions
If you have a HubSpot integration, credits are checked at a domain level and not at the user level. If you have already exported a record, no credits will be charged if another user from your account exports the same.
This is also true for our Salesforce integration for records exported after June’22
For Slintel Chrome Extension users, no Chrome Extension credits will be deducted on the extension when you export unlocked records to your CRM or export them via CSV on an email.
