Setting up your Slintel account with Hubspot enables you to quickly send any contacts and/or Companies directly from your Slintel database to Hubspot.

This article will help you integrate your account and also answer some common questions related to Hubspot Integration.

Steps to Integrate your Slintel account with Hubspot

Step [1] Authentication:

Setting up your Slintel account for integration is quite effortless. The first step is to authorize Slintel to use your Hubspot account. Below are the steps you should follow:

  1. Log in to your Slintel account.

  2. Go to Settings (1) and select Integration (2). Then select Hubspot (3) from the drop-down menu and click on Connect

  1. Enter your credentials. This is a one-click authentication and upon filling in your credentials, it will authenticate automatically hereafter. You can skip entering your login credentials if you have Hubspot open in another tab and have already logged in there. It will automatically take the login from Hubspot.

  2. Grant Access to Slintel App to your Hubspot & it’s done!

Step [2] Field Mapping:

Once you have completed the above-mentioned steps you can start mapping your Hubspot fields to Slintel fields by going to Field Mapping (1) tab so that we know what & where we need to update.

When you start, you will see all Slintel fields for Lead & Company here, to map the fields click on the View (2) button.

Start mapping the fields to your HubSpot fields (1) & Save (2)the settings once you are done

Please note there are some required fields for Lead & for Company.

  • For Contacts - Email Address

  • For Companies - Website

[Note: You can remove mapped field by pressing on the “Delete” key & only fields that are mapped will be updated on Hubspot]

If you don’t wish us to touch your existing data we would highly recommend you to make Custom Fields on your Hubspot account & then map it to the Slintel fields you wish to update on Hubspot.

Once done with the above, you need to click on Resync Mapper Fields. You can follow the same steps for mapping the Company fields.
